Sunday's Ride

was a good one! from the Bronx to Manhattan to Brooklyn. Missed out on a good ride if you didn't come! don't worry plenty more to come. Not mention a certain young lady rode with the boys and held her own girl power that's what i like to see. and Peace out to Lavell last ride in the NYC mash out MIA for us! good friends good times.

NEXT RIDE

Sunday afternoon, the plan is to ride to city island get some good seafood and eat it seaside at the beach! meet up will most likely be around 2:30 to 3:00. we will be meeting at pehlam parkway by the five train. should be good: alot of Vets coming out. i myself may not be joining in on the fun due to work but i sure you'll have enough fun for me too. peace.

Today's ride got started at least an hour later then schedule. But hey, that's we do! the chill in the air didn't bother us none. Just chillin out ejoying nature with almost no other humans around. good times good times...

I was feeling the stresses of life today and needed to get away. so i did. me and my good friend Lavell took a ride to the beach a day before schedule; giving you a preview of tomorrow's chill session. I love this place so much. it makes you forget you're anywhere close to the city.

I'm not Jewish but hey...

I have! I was on my way home riding down Allerton Avenue (road in the Bronx) and got smacked from the left side in the intersection and had a bruised everything and my second concussion.  Tell me your stories about idiot drivers or your bad idiot decisions.

hello and welcome

My name is Christian Ashley and i am a track bike cyclist born and raised in the Bronx. If you are reading this, chances are that i have met you in person and told you about this blog or maybe you just stumbled upon this site while fixed gear surfing. Which ever the case, i am glad that you found it. This site is not for me to make a profit in anyway or to start a "crew" or anything like that. I just wanted to find a good way to organize event's with the friends I've been riding with for years and the cool peeps I've met along the way. Things like a good ol fashioned ride, races, chillin, rider to rider bike sales, and all other fixie related events. This is not a solely Bronx fixie blog it's for all of NYC and beyond! The Bronx is where riding all started for me so that explains the name. So yea I'll keep you posted as much as I can peace.
